The Randstad Professionals Academy is our own training centre for technical profiles. It has been recognised as an Authorised AutoDeskTraining centre and as an AutoDesk Certification centre. It has also gained Q-For certification, which means that it is officially recognised by the government as a training provider, and that those attending courses can pay for them with training cheques.

For us, the Randstad Professionals Academy is a means of creating the match between candidate and job profile faster and more effectively. Our specialists are also glad to use it to deepen their knowledge of their discipline and keep their know-how up to date.

The courses are given by experts with all-important practical experience. In fact, most of the instructors are still active in their field on a daily basis.

Each course combines a pre-course and after-course process with carefully designed supervision of the learning process. Moreover, the instructors remain available for up to six months after the completion of the training to answer specific questions about the material. By request from the business world, permanent employees at companies can also receive training at the Randstad Professionals Academy.
