As Customer Satisfaction Manager, you will be in charge of :
• List, categorized and prioritized customer complains • Ensure customer complains are investigated and answered in timely manner • From customer complains/feedback provide corrective actions plan or develop project framework • Develop & implement KPI to report on progress of the team & customer satisfaction improvement • Report on weekly basis to senior staff progress
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related • Minimum 5 years of experience as a customer satisfaction manager or similar capacity; preferably in the automotive industry • Excellent communication skills with all levels within the organization and customers • Good understanding of product and material specifications • Has a thorough knowledge of flexible manufacturing systems, is knowledgeable of contemporary technology and is able to integrate into company's manufacturing processes • Language skills: bilingual French/English (other languages are an asset) • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows suite
• Green/Black belt certified is a real asset.
Mission under contract project within a dynamic company in constant evolution. Full-time contract (38/40) with an attractive package : hospitalization insurance, group insurance, meal vouchers € 7, eco-cheques 250€/year, flat-rate charge of € 50, recovery paid (12 days / year), end-of-year bonus.
