- Degree level Bachelor or equivalent - You can have a first experience at an internal personnel department or social secretariat. - HR administration has few secrets for you; - You are solution-oriented and communicative; - You are customer-oriented and pro-active, and like to give employees a correct answer quickly. - You are hands-on and like to work on a project basis. - You are an entrepreneur who works proactively and loves a challenge. - You think in terms of solutions. - You are a real team player. - You can easily express yourself in Dutch, French and English. - You have knowledge of HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
