Main mission :
To support the Head of Tolling activity in Toll In by : • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and would enable to develop the business • Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner by coordinating internal stakeholders and improving working processes
Your responsibilities :
Key activities : • Coordinating daily Toll In activity with all of the internal stakeholders from manufacturing, planning, customer service, purchasing, legal, regulatory, quality, R&D and finance (cross functional management) • Managing the customer interface by : - Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams - Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust - Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships • Participating to the process improvement in order to get relevant working methods in place • Consolidating forecast dashboards and products Cost of Goods in order to secure Toll In activity development • Negotiating toll fees and setting up required agreements together with the legal department
Overall goals / typical measures : • To bring the Tolling activity the necessary structure to be sustainable and developed • To set up the necessary method to properly develop as an independent business unit • To better coordinate internally and externally • To give the expected visibility to manufacturing plants with relevant forecasts
Expertise applied : - Chemical engineering or equivalent - Proven experience as key account manager - Fluent in English - 5 to 10 year experience in Lifescience industry (Agrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Veterinary or Cosmetic industry) within formulation environment. Experience in crop would be a plus - Ideally experience in contract manufacturing organization (CMO) or contract research organization (CRO)
